He researched parts availability, costs, and discussed possible solutions. Chris arranged for a loaner car, and connected us to Steve in the sales department so we could make informed decision on whether to go forward with work on our car, or possibly getting a different one.

Waited in the bay with the car running for over 5 minutes before being checked in.
When our car was finished and pulled on the lot we waited to be told it was ready. Went to service desk and asked about it was told that rep had others ahead of ours, we were to go back to waiting area and she would come get us.
This was our first time to Frank Leta since we moved here. Not impressed!!
We previously did business with Serra Honda where we were treated to excellent customer service.
