Today as I’m driving my car home, it keeps making minor stops due to low oil pressure. Obviously the mechanics must have not tightened the screw because oil is starting to leak out a bit. I will be in first thing Tuesday morning. You all usually do a good job but I am extremely disappointed with the service and how I was treated on Friday

Sam was exceptional in his professionalism. He was quick to jump in and help me get my car assessed, look up parts, make sure they were in stock and then fix my car, all with a smile. In all of the people I have met with over the years with two vehicles in and out of the shop, Sam stands out above them all. He jumped in quickly and was not satisfied until I was satisfied, which is the Leta way and why I drive 35 minutes out of my way to come to come to this specific dealership. I highly recommend Sam and will seek him out when I need to come in for future repairs.
