I wanted a full size spare tire for my wife’s Pilot. The service team was very customer responsive and thought outside the box. The mechanic verified that our Pilot could stow a full sized tire. The representative returned one of my viable tires. She was able to locate a used rim a few day later. We scheduled service. The team mounted and balanced the tire on the rim. I was able to swap the donut spare with the full size at her workplace without interruption. Thank you.

Danielle was very nice and knowledgeable at her job! She knew what she was talking about and did a great job explaining everything. The only thing I was a little annoyed with (and it had nothing to do with Danielle) was that my appointment was at 10:00, I was given a 2:00pm pick up time (which is a very long wait to be honest) only to find out my car been completed with the inspection and everything at 12:47, but wasn’t texted anything about it until 1:56. I added to change the filter on which I know takes a little extra time but then my car wasn’t ready until 3:35 and I got no updates. I called and spoke with Jamie (?) and she couldn’t give any time estimates either. A 10:00 appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and then an add on filter change should not take 5.5 hours to complete.
