The issue I was experiencing was thought to be related to the battery, and the battery ultimately did fail. However, they still went ahead with a diagnostic check and charged me $170 for it, even though it wasn’t necessary. I’ve never had anything negative to say about Frank Leta until now. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 25 years, and this experience was very upsetting. I should not have been charged for that diagnostic check, and for the first time, I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

We broke down in St. Louis area in middle of night, had our 2012 Odyssey Van towed to your dealership and had wonderful service the minute they opened up at 7am. They provided a loner car, so we could easily take ourselves & dogs to a Hotel and wait for repairs. They found the problem within a couple hours and had it road ready the next morning, so we could head on our way back to Tennessee. Stevie was wonderful at customer service and evaluation of van problems. Just wish we had this Honda service in Tennessee, but we don’t! Thanks again!

Prices of service maintenance are asinine. $1,000 worth of 30,000 maintenance recommended. Then in 20k miles I’m supposed to turn around and do another round? After seeing your prices I’ll start taking my car somewhere else for maintenance service.
