I needed a quick oil change and tire rotation and got an appointment immediately. Very helpful and great customer service. Also close to home so I'll definitely be back!

It’s the most miserable experience at a repair shop that I’ve had in the almost 70 years of my life. I will not be coming back. Communications were very poor. I dropped my car off 30 min earlier than my appointment, which was scheduled for 10:00. I was given the time of 3:00 to be finished just before getting in a shuttle to a location where I could stay til my car was ready. The car was not finished until almost 6:00. When I called at about 4:20 the front desk was not sure if I even had a ride back to the dealer and I had no transportation otherwise. The text to me quoted near time of completion was nearly double of what I had approved. I could not get her to return my call nor a service manager to call me back, nor a response to my reply to her text. My call went into voice mail. I’m still not sure the final invoice was correct. The entire paperwork was confusing as well. There was a a labor expense she failed to include. This was minutes before closing and resulted in printing of yet another invoice. Overall, it was a very complicated process. Danielle was dealing with some personal issues that day which may have contributed to some of this, but as a manager at one time in my life of an entire region ….. she was not qualified to be left on her own. There appeared to have been a management change as well since my last visit. This was concerning to me as well.
