Tim never fails to deliver excellent customer service. He always informs me about needed services but is not pushy. He actually listens to my concerns and works with me on my schedule.

We were a little early because we’re sure about how bad traffic would be due to the highway construction . He got us right in and wrote down our request for the service we wanted. LED us to the waiting area and gave us an approximate wait time. We had a snack and drink watched a little TV and he came got us to sign papers and pay. Then we were on our way home. I waited five minutes for service rep to discuss with me after my vehicle was checked in. (I had an appointment scheduled.). Then all the updates were by text while I was waiting in the waiting area. This is not the personal attention and experience I am used to at Leta. Oil change and tire rotation took almost two hours! Not what I have been used to in the past at Frank Leta. Again I had an appointment scheduled!
