We have never received any feedback on the issues or even heard anything from them at all. We don't know what the problem is or what's getting done about it. Nobody has returned our phone call or even let us know what the problem is.

He applied the available coupon and even showed on the bill where the discount was applied. He was pleasant to talk with and professional.
