Made appointment for a new key fob, a recall fix and to get wind deflectors installed. Told it would be 1-4 hours. Called back the next day and canceled the wind deflectors. But to keep the recall and key fob. So when I arrived for my appointment approximately 5 days later, they still had me down for the detectors and recall but not the key fob. So my appointment was for 8:30 I also had them check why the wireless charging pad wasn’t working. I told them I needed it done by 1:30 since I had a 2:00 appointment elsewhere. She said that wouldn’t be a problem. Well I never received a call that it was ready and no update, I showed up at 1:30. The car recall was done but key fob wasn’t. I couldn’t wait since it had already been 5 hours.
I left without the key fob. This was my first experience with Frank Leta. Unsure that I will be back.

Leigha’s service was 10/10! Just want to make a suggestion. I would’ve liked to know an estimated time for the suggested maintenance items that came from the inspection. They ended up adding an extra 45 minutes to the time, and I was a bit late for work. If there is a way to include estimated repair times to that part of the process that would improve the Frank Leta experience. I would have scheduled a separate service if I knew it was anything more than 15 minutes extra time. Feel free to change this to “yes” if you need to! Again, Leigha was fantastic, this is a comment for the dealership.
