My dissatisfaction was NOT with the service advisor, Stevie was Great!!! I never received a call bk from the Finance dept all day. I was placed on hold and placed into a voice mail, which had a recorded fake response that I was 1st in the Que with a fake wait time which promptly placed me into a voice mail.
