Truthfully, I have no idea who Tyler is. I dealt with so many people there at Frank Letta since buying my car. Actually many problems with the service department. I am assuming he was some kind of manager and all the managers were polite. I think the people that fix the cars are probably not good.

We brought the car in, we have brought it up a couple times and finally were told there is a small leak in with the oil but cannot get anyone to call us back with a price quote of what it would be to fix it and what exactly is wrong with the car. We have called a few times and left messages and have waited awhile and no response

Service tech twisted off 2 screw heads that hold top cover of air filter When I called and asked them to mail replacement to me to install myself was told I need to bring car in, a 2 hour round trip. In the future I’ll take my Honda elsewhere for service.

Couldn’t fix my problem with my computer hook up for phone? And was charged 48$ for service that literally took 15 minutes to change filters bad move, will never do again!!! And I was waiting for a vechile that I sent to you Shelley Honer who is now buy a brand new vehicle from you and wasn’t happy with that also? Plus when I asked if they could fix my computer for my phone he couldn’t figure it out either and said sorry ? Now what do I do? I bought the warranty for the computer but it’s not right, thanks for allll the help????????
