No contact is needed. The people were nice enough but I’ve experienced different processes at other dealerships and this just felt subpar. The steering wheel was sticky after it was dropped off, so I wiped it down and the cleaning wipe was black after. There wasn’t a sheet or breakdown of any of the diagnostics of where things were at - condition of brake pads, which tires needed pressure added, tread depth, volume levels before/after, etc It felt a lot more like a jiffy lube experience than a dealership experience, so when my car brakes a little shaky now it makes me wonder if it was from something within the service provided? Are my brakes needing changed? Questions I feel like I shouldn’t have leaving a dealership. I’d previously gone to Pappas in St. Peter’s because I had Toyotas, and I know they service other makes and models, so I may go back there. I’m not upset - I know every business has its strengths and weaknesses, but I tried this twice and was let down twice.

The service dept. was trying to charge me for my first oil change then I was told that I needed a firteration change wind shield wipers replace which they said came to 157.00 then they said that I didn’t owe anything for the oil change cause my first one is free. But I did get charged for the filtration and windshield wipers. You need better experience service personnel to handle these type of situations.

I love Jo and the service team , however with my car being little over a year old and already having air conditioning issues and being charged a diagnostic charge for something that shouldn’t be happening and should be covered . I bought this vehicle from you for the warranty and peace of mind for it to already have this issue is very frustrating. I waited over 2.5 hours with no updates and then since my appointment was at 2:30 and it was 5:00 when it was done it didn’t get washed, vacuumed and the tech that drove my vehicle around had his arm out the window which he was sweating and dirty I had to wipe off his arm nasty that was running down my door from my window down. Since they don’t know where the problem lies and it is losing Freon they put in dye to find the problem I now have to bring it back another day , be diagnosed again to see where it’s leaking so frustrating to keep spending money on diagnostic fees when it should be covered due to it’s just over a year old and only 14,000 miles

My coolaint light is now on after being told nothing is wrong with my vehicle. This is becoming very frustrating every time I bring my car I’m told that nothing is wrong and I know the vehicle is not operating correctly. I don’t feel like my issues are really being looked into. Joseph was an excellent help and his customer service was great, but overall I am always left disappointed with the outcome.
