It was yes and no. Samantha was the only person that ever called me back out of probably 10 people I talked to over the 4 month process including their boss. Happy they did replace my windshield under warranty like they should of. The downer, I had to call tons of times to get anything done, and why is it if service doesn't answer the phone it goes to some people that have no idea what's going on in a different department Found out my wind shield had finally come in by calling parts department telling the guy don't send it back im waiting on them to call me on when to bring car in to get it put in. Month later I drop car off night before appointment for windshield and oil change. Show up 5pm next day only oil change was done was just starting on windshield. Then glass guy says they didn't order new molding for it and want us to use old one but we won't do that I said thank you. So had to over night molding. Week later they get to glass people. They finally show up at my work and put it in 20 minutes like 2 week later. In 20 minutes of install time how did they calibrate windshield cameras. I'm a mechanic at a isuzu and hino dealer we can't set the stuff up 20 minutes to calibrate it. So now im wondering how right is it and I'd been really pisted if I'd paid them to do it. So is short thanks alot but your place needs some management because it's **** up

Samantha was awesome! My only complaint has nothing to do with her, it would be that when I scheduled my appointment online, I did not receive a notice that there was not a mechanic available to fix my window and fog lamp.

Usually my tire gets rotated and balance when brought in for service. My oil was changed and the MAINTENANCE REQUIRED display was not cleared.

Breaks sound a lot better aftthey were serviced and I’m happy about that. Christopher wasn’t very professional in how he talked to me. Also said that the break problem I’m having was due to me driving the car to “hard”. This is my wife’s vehicle and drives our one year old son around in it. Breaks have been a problem since we bought the car. If he would have read some notes on file he would have seen that. Very pleased with your service, but would never buy Mitsubishi again, very cheap feeling vehicle.

I purchased a Ford Explorer on April 1st. I received the title on April 23rd. When I went to get plates I learned from the dmv that the vehicle didn’t pass emissions and couldn’t get plates until it did. Management at the dealership stays behind the scenes letting the sales rep try to deal with this. My plates expired on 4/30. I asked for a loaner vehicle and was told that they didn’t have a loaner program. They told me to take the explorer home until I could get an appointment with a ford dealership which is evidently the only place the emissions can be done. I said okay if they’d put dealer plates on it so I wouldn’t get pulled over. I was told that they didn’t have any dealer plates. After waiting for three hours on 5/1, they set me up with a rental from enterprise. I was told the rental was due back on 5/5. I sent a text msg to sales rep on 5/5 and the response was that the vehicle was at Ford and rental was extended to 5/6. It’s 5/7 and again, no communication or courtesy.
