Being charged for a simple diagnostic for my windshield washer fluid sensor when I told the service advisor what it was since I have had to have it fixed before at another dealership when I lived in another state. I was charged $200 and it’s still not fixed. I feel ripped off.

Had my car for over 2 weeks. When I got there I paid the amount for service even though it was not done at all until after I got into my car and said something. Then when I did get the part I needed it came apart so I had to take it back up there.

Travis was excellent. As I live a considerable distance from Frank Leta and purchased a lifetime warranty on my Outlander when I bought it, he gave me a list of services needed at certain mileage that my local ford dealership where I purchased it couldn’t perform so I could make sure to bring it back to Frank Leta for them to make sure my warranty would be covered.
