I’m happy the service, but my car was greasy in the floor. Why aren’t floor protectors used anymore. I have to get my car cleaned in the floor’s front mates.

My husband picked up the car yesterday after I made payment. The car needed to be jumped and he was told it was because the car had been sitting for a while. We jumped it again this morning and took it by Autozone to have the battery tested. The battery is fine, but they believe the alternator is bad. Is this something that should have been caught with the Multipoint Inspection you all just provided?

At this point the wife and I are very much dissatisfied as where out and initial tow the first time that we paid 295.00 for a tow to the dealership Frank Leta and after car was in the shop for several days and paying to have someone to come and get us over a hundred miles one way and paid for services and left we only got 26 miles and the vehicle did exactly the same conditioned happened so now where out several hundred dollars and where still stranded so where very dissatisfied
