I am Overall Happy about the vehicle of my choice. However, my car was check out due to vibration in the vehicle on June 27th 2025 @ 1pm-3:30pm. The car seem to be fixed at a 25-35mph rate of speed but once i get on the highway to 55-60 there’s still vibration under the pedal and in steering wheel. Its still under warranty which is great.

I arrived on Friday at the scheduled time, expecting the work to be completed as planned. Instead, I received a call two hours later informing me that it couldn’t be done until later. I’m frustrated because I planned my day around this appointment, and it feels like my time wasn’t respected.

I realize some things are different and so it is no huge deal that they could not figure out how to reset the computer showing that the oil was changed. With that said, your dealership is the only place the oil has been changed and someone was able to figure it out. But, the frustration lies in the service advisor assuring me that at least put the new sticker in so I would have that to track when I needed an oil change. Well, they didn’t. When I got in my vehicle I noticed it is the same sticker from my last oil change.
