I dropped my car off for diagnostic on Friday 4/18. Was told parts would arrive and work would be completed on Monday 4/21. The part came in late on Monday and there wasn’t time to replace. Tuesday I tried calling in the afternoon and nobody could tell me what was going on with my car. I called several times and was told they would pass the message along but I never heard from anyone in the shop that day. I was only able to speak with the exchange person, Hailey, who told me that her office is in O’Fallon, not at the Bridgeton location. The communication system in place is horrible. How is it that you cannot even call the Bridgeton service department directly? My service agent, Sam was off work that day, so the work did not get done. I’m very unsatisfied with the lack of communication and my car not being worked on because Sam had the day off.
