Had my car serviced there twice, after only having it 4-5 months.
Both times my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Stated specifically what the car warning lights displayed and you guys still haven’t properly fixed my car. As I’ve stated, and the car displays…there’s a transmission issue somewhere. Both times you guys “fixed” something with the engine?…
Why hasn’t anyone mentioned a transmission fluid change/flush, belt replacement, valve body replacement, maybe the CV joint boot needs to be replaced?
At this point you guys are just collecting whatever money you can and just doing whatever job is convenient for your staff or finances.
And to top it all off, among others things not mentioned, I have a WARRANTY that COVERS the TRANSMISSION. This issue needs to be resolved, and we aren’t going to keep doing bull crap fixes until my warranty expires. It’s not right for you guys to do people this way.
