Did not let me know that my car needed to stay overnight waiting on parts. I called seevice at 4:30 talked with a woman that said my car would be done by the EOD. I arrived at 6:10 the “sales receptionist” in the sales department informed me my car was waiting on parts. I was disappointed that instead of showing me where in the service department the service mgr was she just told me who he was and it was the first door in the back. Keep in mind I was upset because my car was not done. Being already upset it would have been nice for her to show me the way to make sure I was able to speak with someone in case they left for the day already.
