Exceptional service today with Raymond. I got an oil change and he said it could take 90 minutes and I said, I have an appt so it should be 60 minutes not 90?
He said they take walk ins too. That made no sense to me. Why not just do appts and people don't have to wait so long.
Anyway, he got it done in 60 minutes.
So I was very happy.

Service staff were courteous, but the actual maintenance quality control was disappointing. My vehicle’s oil maintenance indicators were not properly reset during a routine oil change, and even after returning to the dealership, one of the maintenance reminders was still left active.
