I have been bringing my Toyota to this location for more than the past 15 years. They’ve always taken good care of me and my car only offering repairs on things that were actually broken. I brought my car in for a standard oil change, and other than offering to replace a dirty filter the car passed inspections, and there were no other issues. The staff there is great and fast and communicate communicates well.

Even with an appointment, it took 4 hours. An hour longer than estimated. 3 hours is still even ridiculous. My car wasn't fi ished until I called to inform them that I would be there to pick it up at a certain time. Miraculously, 5 minutes later I got a text saying my car was finished. Don't assume everyone works a 9 to 5 and dont need their car all day. Ill take my car elsewhere next time.

Brought 2022 Toyota Supra in at 9AM via appointment for a Recall due to faulty starter. Called me at 11:30 to tell me they had to order the part. So I made a doctors appointment for 3PM. South Coast Ordered an Uber to pick me up (I do not own a cell) Said driver would call me when he got here.
I waited by the door open for 4 hours with home phone--no call/ Left 4 messages for Ana to find out what happened? Never heard back. Finally talked to service and got me an Uber by 4:30PM. Car still not fixed. Missed my doctor's appointment.
