I want to give a big thanks to Stephanie—she was clear, helpful, and made sure her lead tech worked on my car for this repeat service.
One note for the business: my repeat service was originally scheduled through Eric Rodriguez, who handled my initial AC cleaning. I called ahead to confirm, he told me Saturday was fine—but Stephanie later mentioned Saturdays are actually one of the busiest and hardest days for repeat service. Eric also was in the office that day. Everything worked out thanks to Stephanie for stepping up, but it might be worth aligning on scheduling guidance from the start.
