I recently moved to Richmond from Florida and y’all are the only Toyota dealership close by. My driver’s side outside door handle broke and so y’all seemed to be the only option to get it fixed. My car was only in the shop for an hour and a half yesterday, so I assume the tech had it for much less than that. I was shocked when I saw that the labor was $326!
This morning, when I hopped into my car and tried to adjust my side mirrors with the keypad inside my driver side door, I realized that they now don’t work. They worked yesterday morning before I took my car to Toyota.
So, you can probably understand why I now have a bad taste in my mouth about my local Toyota dealership. I had to wait two weeks to get overcharged and have something else messed up on my vehicle. And this is happening the week when my wife and I are busy trying to move into our new house.

I am appreciative of Toyota working with me on helping cover the labor cost for a radiator replaced one and a half years previously. The aftermarket OEM spec part failed. In the process of replacing the radiator, the dealership was informed that the thermostat started malfunctioning after the radiator failed. Initially, I was told that it would cost $200 to replace the thermostat. Knowing that I could replace it myself for less than $50, I opted not to get it changed by Toyota. The service manager did go ahead and replace the thermostat at no cost. Thank you so much!

Scheduled an oil change, I do not know how I could have made it more clearer. That was the purpose for the entire service. I just had a few warranties that needed done on top of that. Did not get the oil changed because they didn’t know that I wanted an oil change?
