It would be great if every customer could be greeted when they walk into the service desk area. I stood against the wall a few feet from the center service counter for 5-6 minutes before I was acknowledged. Also another customer walked by me and stepped up and stood in front of another service rep who was on the phone. She hung up and immediately helped him even though she saw me standing there before the other customer walked in., while I continued to wait. Once I was greeted and waited on service was excellent . I was in the hospitality business my entire career and we always taught our staff to at least smile and acknowledge a guest waiting even if they were on the phone or helping another guest. 5-6 minutes before being greeted has been my experience for my last 4 visits to your dealership. That is really below par for customer service. Stress that to your service folks and that will make a big difference in the customer experience.

I was getting a second key made for my '15 corolla S, that I bought at Quantrell Cadillac used. The dealer and the financial team gave me paperwork for my extra key to be made and Quantrell said they'd pay for it. You guys had it all completed in 45 minutes and I think put me ahead of other customers at your service department. Put when it came time for the dealership I got the car from to pay fir the key they tried to not pay for it,until one of your managers got a hold of the G.M. at Quantrell. They only paid 350.00$ of the bill. I just wanted to apologize for my bad attitude and some things I said to a few of your team. I'm very sorry for my offensive language and attitude because I've not had many pleasant experiences with car dealers because most 97.9 % are crooked lying slick talking... people. It took almost 2 hrs or more to leave with my key and even there were some words said to me that were kinda borderline smart-****. But as much shade as I was throwing I deserved it. So paying 50 bucks outta my own pocket wasn't so bad. I do want to commend Jason Turner which I've known from working at Dunns auto for ordering the key in the 1st place had it been some one else the day I ordered it and showed him the paperwork I guarantee that any one else would have started throwing red tape everywhere. He's an amazing person and you guys are lucky to have him. Once again the tall young man that talked to the General Manager at craptrell and got the 350$ knocked off and made it all possible for me to only pay 50$ my deepest apologies go to him, once again I apologize for my terrible attitude towards him. He seems like a good man and I appreciate the restraint he showed towards me. Over all you guys did an amazing job and if I do have to bring my car back it will be in all humbleness.
