Charlotte is an awesome professional. She walked me through and explained each of the Toyota scheduled maintenance items. Explained why each was suggested. I wish I could have had all performed but I’m on a budget and $1,400 was more than I expected, but it was less than the full$2,200 as recommended by Toyota. Maybe next time after a few pension checks.

I mean yes and no. Everyone is always very friendly. I told them about the rock guard on right hand rear coming loose. I had put a screw, washer and nut on it to keep it from rubbing the tire. I asked if I could get a new one, didn’t care to pay for it. Said I may have to pay for it. They didn’t replace it. Left what looks like a grease hand print on right visor. I know you all were super busy that day. I do appreciate the service but figured I’d give some feedback. Thank you.
