Im not following why no equipment or necessary supplies on hand to truly clean or recharge my TRD air filter. A toyota dealer should perform that as part of the service.

Please check tire pressure data for 2016 Prius. Data sheet listed tire pressures as 35 lb. front & rear. That was pressure put into new tires. Door pillar pressures are 39 front and 36 rear. Otherwise, service was fine.

Had problems with your phone system. My call was forwarded to Service and I got a woman’s voicemail. Left message around 3:30. Never got callback. Called, again next morning and got sent to same voicemail. Took several attempts to get a real person on the line. You almost lost a tire sale because of phone problems.
