I liked the video walk through of my vehicle. I also really appreciated the honesty of the technician. It was apparent to me that the inspection was thorough and he called out some issues, but then the he indicated that they weren’t bad enough to do anything about just yet. I wasn’t expecting that. I figured, the goal would be to upsell me at every opportunity, as happens at almost every repair and service facility. And let me tell you that gets very tiresome for the customers. It’s like a real life equivalent to popup adds on websites. You just get used to clicking “X” without even paying any attention to them. It was refreshing to just be told truths. I hope that this is your metrology at this dealerships. Because if it is, it will make it easier to trust what you say when you do find something wrong. I hope that all makes sense.
