I bought this car with only 5000 miles on it. I’ve never even had a coke to drink in it. When I picked it up from getting it serviced today, it had greasy handprints on the passenger seat as well as the passenger door. I do have pictures if anybody would like to see them. If I would not have been in a hurry, I would have showed them there and had them clean it..

Since the oil change my car has been leaking oil. Having to diagnose the problem myself and figure out problem.
Also wish alignment was checked during the vehicle inspection. My Honda gets an alignment check each time and was very helpful.

I have had mistrust in the past servicing my vehicles with dealerships. I have had some negative experiences and was not confident that Heart City would be any different.
