Over two hours for oil change and tire rotation was a bit too long! I go with my husband to a different dealership and it typically takes one hour for that service.

My invoice stated did not replace A/F Sensor when removing O2 sensor notice that sensor is covered with carbon. Why would the mechanics not clean off the carbon or ask me if I wanted the sensor cleaned or replaced?
