I had to argue with the service manager that when I got my hitch put on they did not complete the job and was told I need to pay for a part that was supposed to be put on car that never was. I was told someone probably stole it. So I asked how many the manager has seen stolen and was told never have. The tech didn’t catch that there was tape on a part that proved it was never put on. So if I didn’t argue for service manager to take pictures I would have been charged for the part. Heart city put the hitch on, checked the wiring and said it worked when I purchased it but they never put the parts on. I get a photo of my air filters but they don’t send photos of completed hitch installs? Treated the customer terrible and I had to fight for what I ALREADY paid for. Lost a day and a half of my car because it was never done.
