We scheduled our Corolla for a recall that printed information suggested might take a couple hours to complete, so I was prepared to wait at the dealership while service was being done. However, when I called for the appointment I was told I should expect it to take more like four hours, so I arranged for someone to come and get me and we could do other things during that time. When I dropped the car off I was told again it would take some four hours. So my driver and I left, only to be notified a little over an hour later that the ,service was complete, so I could have waited after all. Service people had offered to drive me home and back, but the drive would not have gotten back to she shop before the service was complete. Anyway, we could have done better. No harm, though.
