I had to go by Heart City because they were kind enough to get my title application. I had bought a car that I had leased from them. I noticed one of my tires was a lot lower and pressure than the other tires. I did not have an appointment, but I drove into the service department and I told them the situation. They were very nice and helpful and told me that they would check my tire and if they did not find anything in it or anything wrong with it, there would be no charge. They did end up finding a hole in it and they repaired it for me.I so much appreciated them in getting me in without an appointment and everybody was very kind and helpful.

Answer the question no, I was not completely satisfied. I feel like I was overcharged in the diagnostics area considering I brought my vehicle in on what is a recall part. I don’t really understand how much diagnostics can go into that especially to the tune of 175+ dollars
