A lot has changed in the service area since then.Like the MULI POINT inspection results.Like.. straight to your cell phone. Not to a paper copy. Interesting.

She never pushes anything on me, and I know when she tells me something needs to be fixed on my car she is being genuine and not trying to just make a sale. I have had Sara as my service advisor on several occasions. She has always been polite, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable in performing her duties. Sara is very helpful in getting my service needs accomplished i.e. I explain to her what the problem is and she has a "lets get it fixed" attitude, she appears to be a very "self motivated" person. Yesterday she pulled up my past service record in regards to my brakes that were just fixed a year ago and got right on correcting the issue.
I also want to acknowledge Steve Lacy (sp?), who was my tech, he did a phenomenal job on correcting my brake problem by driving my tuck, analyzing and fixing the problem by "re-surfacing my rotors. When I drove away it was like "new" and made a HUGE difference when driving, GREAT JOB !
Hence, this experience is why I have purchased 7 vehicles since 1999, and referred 5 other friends, and trust Sunshine Toyota.

I asked for the appointment to have the oil change and seat belt fixed because I leave for a trip Friday. I bring my car in for them to tell me they don't know what happened but the seat belt was never ordered. I now have to either rent a car to drive or drive with no seat belt 1000 miles.
