The tech didn't hear the same noise that my wife and I easily heard going over bumps. Seems like he totally guessed at a solution saying replace the brakes. Which didn't make sense for that type of noise. I left with the feeling they just wanted to charge for brakes and I paid for a wrong and incomplete diagnostics. Likely won't go back.

Sara was good and informative and your tech Steve Lacey does an AWESOME job!!... We had a noise with our 4RUNNER and had been back many times before Steve handled it..much appreciated. Now we request him on every visit. (Even though he's not an oil change guy)

I appreciated the loaner car but I was there approximately 3 hours before I was notified, was only out of the lounge once after being there 1 1/2 so not sure how it happened. Also requested used tires to be put in the back of car when arrived, but had to request them when work was finished, they were supplied but I thought it was noted but Korey had to locate them first! Otherwise my work was completed satisfactorily! Thank you!
