The work was completed in less time than expected. I am impressed with your excellent service department staff.
I am disappointed with Toyota to learn that I only had a year of monitor use before I have to pay a subscription fee. I was NOT informed of that at the time of purchase (was it in the ‘small print’). As a result of that fee for a subscription, I would have to think twice about buying another Toyota.

Had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. Asked about a noise the van was making thought it might be transmission. Lady that checked us in said they recommend a flush at 90000 miles and she would have them check and write up a quote. Asked the lady that checked us out about it she said it was in the paperwork. Nothing was there.

Had an oil change and it was too expensive, if you want people to come back for service do not keep your prices unrealistic for the consumer,
