As your aware the original repair went badly. However, you made it right by the time all was said and done. your quick response to Me being stranded was excellent. The loaner vehicle was the saving grace, no disruption in my daily routine. I did machine repair for 40 years things go wrong, it's just a fact. I am sure I'll be back for service in the future.

I was there for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and when I brought it up to them that it took so long they said it was because of the snow yet there was no snow on my truck and no snow on the pavement and yes there was snow on the grass tho. don’t really want to find a new place to get my oil changed but I might have to start looking if it takes that long todo it
