Two opptnys for improvement.
1. The quote of cost on the ipad we sign in person is not accurate and about 40% less than stated final cost. Because that is a signed agreement, customers would have a right to object in court to the discrepancy.
2. More timely information on status update of the maintenance.
Otherwise the staff are very friendly and helpful pleasant a I was happy for the quick turn around from scheduling to execution.

Car was there for 24 days. No one called me back after calling over 10 times. I was sent to voicemail every time after being transferred. I was charged about 150 bucks for an oil change and brake check after all of that which is robbery. They were supposed to have put two tires on the vehicle as well but some how in 24 days that never got done but when I came to get the car “we can do it today”. Terrible service, pricing and professionalism all the way around.
