Bobbie introduced himself promptly, came to the waiting room to address an issue I mentioned to him at dropoff, and was helpful when answering additional questions I had. Service was completed in under 2 hours. Waiting room was comfortable. Checkout area was still in the service bays, exposing staff and customers to the cool weather. This area should be enclosed for the comfort of staff, especially.
