Rudy did an excellent job. He kept me informed & my car was actually finished sooner than expected. He was also very personable & honest. I felt I was in good hands with him. He is an asset to Akins! Will definitely come back!

Ashton never called to tell me my vehicle was ready when I called to check on my truck he gave someone else a message to tell me. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle he was not there and had already left for the day. I received a text two days later that my vehicle was ready. No customer service at all …. Now Ashley helped when we arrived to pick up the vehicle and she was fantastic!

All,
I am loyal customer, we had some bumps in the road this visit but between Ashton, Heath and Sterling we found solid ground. The ride home was mechanically pleasant, the ping, the lag is gone and factory power is seems to be back. I feel like the cost was a worthy investment in my mid-life crisis of a vehicle. Partnering with a trusted shop for maintenance and repair is equally important to me… I’ll be back with Ruby!
All that said I would advise you address the pick up quality check as we agreed it would be washed…that didn’t happen, not a deal breaker but the details matter to me and I’m sure Akins in Winder.
