The part to fix my daughter's Jeep is on back order, so we left with my baby's Jeep unrepaired. I am extremely afraid for my daughter's safety, and in your companies inability to readily provide such a vital, safety component.
This part is worthy of a company wide recall. My service advisor Bobby can't even give me a date, maybe 30 days!
Disgraceful.
I have created an incident to escalate this situation with corporate.
Not happy about paying the diagnostic fee AND THE REPAIR TOO. if I choose to pay you $1200 to fix our Jeep, that fee should be absorbed.

We bought a brand new 2025 expedition platinum ultimate 2 weeks ago. Didn’t purchase the tire protection plan. I hit something aluminum in the road making the tire not repairable. The Service department wouldn’t work with me on the tire price or the labor even though I bought the vehicle 2 weeks ago. (Yes I understand I didn’t purchase the tire protection. But still, it’s 2 weeks old and it’s a $400 tire.) Then to make matters worse the service department scratched our $2,200 platinum ultimate 24” wheel that is BRAND NEW. We haven’t even made the first payment on this vehicle yet.
The service department has said they can fix it and have scheduled it for repair but it will take up to three days. I think that’s ridiculous considering they scratched a brand new wheel and now I’ll be without my car for three days in December.
We have been loyal customers to Akins through not only ourselves, but through family, friends, and our business.
