Matt is great. Akins service is great. The quality of the vehicle is what I am questioning. It is just over a year old and has been in the shop 4x. Multiple times for the same issue.

Tpms sensors were actually in the tires. They were from a 2026 Ram 2500. Unfortunately I found this out at another tire shop once I had to again pay for tires to be mounted and reprogrammed
I asked if the tech had found sensors and he stated there were none.
Paid $60 for the service at the dealership
