This is the second time in a row that I have dropped off my truck for an oil change and tire rotation and the tires have not been rotated. Before I dropped it off this time I marked each tire with a pain pen so I could verify if they were not rotated. They were in the same order that I drop it off at.

I was disappointed that I have to make an appointment somewhere else to have the heater looked at in my car. When I dropped it off the representative said I would have to make an appointment with service to have it looked at, but when I picked it up he said I would have to take it somewhere else. I am trying to get established at the dealership since I am new to the area and I don’t think it is a great fit for me unfortunately.
