Stopped to find out about a recall on the A PILLAR. Service Rep. explained the process. Getting the correct part from Ford should not be a mystery! Several months between being notified and receiving a recall notice is horrible add the possibility of weeks to months before having the correct parts says Ford is trying to avoid making it right.
