Overall, the work was completed to my satisfaction. I was disappointed that, despite multiple reassurances that the work would be completed it one full day, it was not. The reason given to me was that the tech had to leave work early and was unable to complete my job. I was also told that no other tech could be spared to take over.
I live two hours from the dealership & left my house at 6am to ensure it was there for my 8:15am appointment. I want told until 3pm that the work wouldn’t be completed. I could have been home 5 hours earlier if I had known this at the appointment time.
Akins Ford did deliver the vehicle to me by 2pm the following day. The driver, Hollis, was a good ambassador too.
My dissatisfaction is that I think the work could have been completed in one day had my job been properly prioritized.

Unfortunately, it appears there is still some sort of problem with the Uconnect screen and screen in front of the steering wheel. The car’s map screen was dark and frozen. The initial trip home using the CarPlay map from my phone also provided the turns on the speedometer screen. On the final trip home, it did not. The auto start is still not as smooth as the loaner. So sad…

After the first visit, no. But a tow truck came to my house and picked up my Cherokee. My service rep., Bobby, was awesome! Two wheel-speed sensors had failed within a week of each other, and asked that the other two be replaced (at my expense), and Bobby understood, and made it so. So, long story short, I am pleased.
