Please change the name on my account from Janie to Tom Wicker. Also the process where you pay for service could be better. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the cashier to get my paperwork before I could pay and get my key fob. I love Akin and recommend you to other friends and family. So you just need to fix one minor issue.

Jonah very personal and helpful! Biggest problem was wind noise on my 2024 Bronco right rear corner! They did put silicone around moon roots! Tough problem to solve! I was the QC manager at Atlanta Assembly plant (32 years)! Some better but still there! Not an easy fix! Have a call into plant that builds them (QC mgr) to see what the fix might be! Think it’s roof rail cross bars! Think they need front cross bar wi air deflection! Some ford products have that! Pls let me know if u get a bulletin on it! Been with Akins for 20+ years!! Great service!
