We love Akins and have had no problems from the first time we stepped foot in the door until now. We loved it so much we told our son and daughter in law and they purchased their vehicle with you. We are embarrassed but they have quite a different tale to tell. Lots of problems with their vehicle and staff. Currently their vehicle has another problem and is sitting on your lot. They were told it would be 1-2 weeks to even check it. It’s an Expedition and they really need it fixed because they have 3 children and it’s their primary vehicle and kids won’t fit in their other vehicle!!!!!!
