Kaylea was wonderful. Within less than 30 minutes of me reaching out to schedule an appointment she was already calling me to schedule . My one complaint is that I do not like we do not get the print out showing what was filled, good, might need to be replaced soon, etc …. I guess with this new system. As far as the service for the oil change everything appears fine as always. Not sure if a lot of the regular people were on vacation, but I didn’t see but a few familiar faces. I drive as far as I do because of the quality of the service, and most importantly the people. Please continue to keep as much as possible, the great people you have working in the service department.

I would like to see more paper work of all the things that they did and checked on my truck! Nothing on the tires, nothing on what it cost me for the oil change! Just a piece of paper for the total amount due! Please go over the all the items that they did on my truck! I little more personal relation would be great!
