Went in for an oil change ant tire repaired. My understand that with an oil change I had a tire rotation. Well the tire that was leaking was on the back driver side. This was I think April 17 th. Well went on vacation on the 22 of April. My tire was still leaking. But it was on the drivers side front. Trouble was that it showed in the back but it was on the front. Came back for an oil change the two weeks after and complained about the leaking tire and that it’s on the front not on the back. Hoping they would fix the location and the ttire. Nothing was done. Very frustrating. Having to fill my leaking tire that’s on the front but shows on the back. Losing confidence in your service. They never said nothing just let me pay and move on. When I can home after my oil change and tire rotation. I noticed the tires had not been rotated. My mileage to next oil change on sticker says in 2000 miles. Because we are leaving town I had to go to another place Saturday afternoon to get my tires rotated. I waited almost 3 hours on Friday. Also my person was unaware about a recall on my car that he stated could be done quicker than an oil change. So now I get to come back to get that completed.
