I had an exceptional experience with Albert Boswell. I don't know David Hyde. Looks like you have 1 flaw. Albert worked with me for days setting up and completing a project. Customer service and workmanship made me travel from Virginia to get the work done. Long story short, it was the right decision. Albert needs a raise!

The number of text messages that I have gotten since yesterday is ridiculous. I loved the one text telling me that my vehicle was done. Then another text today asking me if I was satisfied is understandable. But WHY have I received 4 separate texts today asking me about my service yesterday. And two of the text were at 7:00am, which is WAY to early to text someone. Business phone calls/texts need to be done after 9:00am.

After making an appointment more than a week out, my car sat there for almost a week with no one looking at it. After only 1 update from Josh after 2 days and numerous texts and calls ignored just to get a simple status, I decided to pick up the vehicle and take it somewhere else to get repairs completed.
It was never communicated that there would be that type of delay and I have never felt more irrelevant as a customer that purchased the vehicle from Akins and customer that continually used the service department.
Even when I communicated that I would be picking up the vehicle and waiting over 2hrs to arrive pick it up, with the hopes it would allow enough time, I had to wait almost 45minutes for the shop to bring my vehicle around.
0 out of 10 would be my rating for this visit. I truly hope this message is heard and that this is an anomaly.
