The technicians were very nice.
However Akins had done a previous oil change on my truck and per another
Mechanic the oil plug would not come out(possibly cross threaded)
Upon taking it back to Akins this time I was told I would need a new oil pan because of dents made by the other mechanic.
The dents would not be necessary if the plug had not been cross threaded by Akins and I feel they should fix the problem.
I will be speaking to Brad Akins next week

The front grill was popped loose. I don’t know why anybody would have to loosen it for the service I got. I just had that piece replaced after hitting a deer and learned that it costs $1200. No harm done. I saw it before any harm could come and reattached it.

I felt there was a tremendous amount of poor communication until I took it upon myself to track follow and monitor the progress of the service. I felt that excuses rather than solutions were provided, I felt addictional measures were not taken from the service end. I came in at 6:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. Left two hours later needing an alignment because it was pulling hard left. I just recently had an alignment when I got new tires and it wasn’t pulling in either direction when I arrived for the oil change.
