Only feedback is for the technicians who rotated the tires to check the air pressure. Rear tires on f250s are higher. So front were way over inflated.
I recently purchased the explorer and tire pressure was not set properly either. 48 psi compared to 33.

I will never deal with Melvin again. I was told one price when dropping my vehicle off for a transmission service that came with a flush, a new gasket & filter. When I arrived they only did a flush. When I asked Melvin why wasn’t a new filter & gasket did on the service, his response was my car didn’t have a filter in the transmission. I told him he was wrong and he needed to confirm that with his technician. After that he stated I was right and did I want the filter & gasket and I said absolutely. Why would I want fresh fluid and the same old filter. When I returned the price went from $322 to $504 and I couldn’t understand why. I was very clear about wanting a transmission service and not a transmission flush. I feel as if I was charged the additional amount because they didn’t provide the service I requested from the beginning. Moving forward I will find another dealership to do service on my vehicle.
