Very pleased with the service. My vehicle was taken in as soon as I got there. People were very friendly.

Got brakes and rotors done came back due to vibration at highway speed was told it may be a balancing issue also told my truck was test driven but I watched my Ford pass GPS and my truck never left akins ended up paying for balancing and still have vibration...I didn't want any problems so I didn't confront anyone of me watching my FORD PASS GPS when it was allegedly test driven...it never left AKINS...at this point I was over the entire situation.,not happy at all

Intake process was awesome, communication not so much. 24-48 hours for diagnosis never heard anything. Called and Mike said he had no feedback from tech. Called again after the weekend and still nothing. You guys had my truck for 5 days and couldn’t get it to duplicate the issue but I had videos and it literally acted up as I left the shop after I picked it up. Disappointed that I’m having to get this fixed by a mom and pop shop because the dealer couldn’t get it handled.

I think I’m at the point where I’ll be taking my truck to be serviced elsewhere. The advisors just keep getting worse and worse with their customer service. My last time in I had to get a tire patched and the service advisor tried to charge me. Once I showed him my paperwork stating I had warranty on the tires that were done by y’all mind you, he said he would need to get this fixed in the system but he was going to lunch. So it would have to wait. I’m sure it’s still not fixed. I took my truck elsewhere after this. However this time I needed an alignment as well. So tried y’all once again. My service advisor questioned me why I wanted an alignment and wanted to know if my tires were new. Why does this matter??? Again this in information that should be on my account. If I ask for an oil change works and alignment that’s what I should get. The advisor didn’t take the time to go over anything. Let one of the ladies inside handle it. Didn’t go over anything I asked. Yet miraculously found an oil leak. Which I’ve been mentioning to yall for over 2 years. Funny how it’s now discovered after our ford warranty is over. He never discussed anything with me. The lady just handed me the paperwork and asked for payment. We’ve been using yall for over 3 years but your service has gone down hill.
